| What procedures do I need to follow when
selling my home? Contact the closing department at CMA Management (972-943-2850) to obtain a copy of your governing documents and a resale certificate. Your governing documents include the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions. |
| What is the procedure when adding any
exterior improvement? You must submit an Architectural Submission Form to the Architectural Control Committee before any work can commence. You can obtain this form on line on the main page at http://www.shoalcreekhoa.com. You will need to print yourself a hard copy & follow the instructions. If there are blueprints involved, the Committee will need two sets. One set is retained in your homeowner file and the other returned to you with an approval or denial letter. |

out? Call Street Light Repairs at 888-313-4747. You will need to provide the pole number, which is usually in color at the bottom of the pole. |

Consolidate requests through the HOA (HOAboard@shoalcreekhoa.com) for a speedier resolution. This includes repairs for sidewalks, aprons, streets and curbs, and street lights. |

| How are my assessments being used? Yearly budgets are determined by the following categories: Management Fees which include Operational, Financial and Communication Services, Professional Fees, Postage, Printing & Stationary, Yearly Audit, Legal Services, Welcome Packets, Insurance, Taxes, Website and Internet Services, Storage of Association Property, Faxes, Copies, Scanned Documents, Community Activities, Meetings, Directory, Newsletter, Landscape Services, Water, Electric, Monument Lighting, Holiday Decorations, Irrigation Repairs, Lake Maintenance including chemicals, Fountain Repairs, Monies allocated into Reserves. |
